Bachelor's Degree:

1. Students must obtain 132 credits in order to graduate. Among these credits, 66 are required compulsroy courses, while the rest are credits from elective and general education courses.

2. Students are encouraged to pursue a minor or double major.

3. Courses are divided into two categories: Language course (basic and advanced) and Culture/Literature courses. Language courses (include pronunciation, grammar, reading, listening, speaking, writing, translation, etc) total up to 50 credits; Culture/Literature courses total up to 16 credits.

4. Of the credits required to graduate, 34~38 must be elective credits. It is recommended that students focus on a specific field of study to develop a secondary skill or area of expertise (business, diplomacy, communication, literature, etc).

5. Students must obtain a certificate of level B2 language proficiency of their perspective major in order to graduate. (Please refer to theCommon European Framework of Reference for Languages or the Graduation Requirements for English Proficiency of the College of Foreign Languages and Literature, NCCU)
